Today the Bank has its own extensive branch network across the country, provides services to individuals and legal entities in 19 branches and more than 160 outlets across Kazakhstan. Over 3 million individuals and more than 140 thousand legal entities are the Bank customers.

February - Bank CenterCredit launched mortgages without down payment for primary and secondary housing in all regions of Kazakhstan.
March - Bank CenterCredit is No.1 in green finance in the country. The GEFF programme in Kazakhstan is a part of EBRD's Global Green Economy Financing Facility Initiative, which operates in 29 countries through a network of more than 188 local financial institutions.
May - Bank CenterCredit acquired a controlling stake in Sinoasia B&R. As a result of the acquisition, Bank CenterCredit's shareholding increased to 75.9% of all voting shares and 81.6% of all outstanding shares.
Representatives of Azerbaijan banks visited Bank CenterCredit's headquarters. This allowed them to exchange ideas and identify opportunities for further development.
June - Moody's upgraded Bank CenterCredit's ratings to Ba3. The outlook is positive. Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) upgraded Bank CenterCredit's long-term deposit and debt ratings, counterparty risk ratings (CRR) and assessments, as well as the baseline credit assessment (BCA) and adjusted BCA.
February - the Bank transferred KZT 500 million to the Kazakhstan Khalkyna Public Fund to provide charitable assistance and support to the people of Kazakhstan. The Bank also rendered KZT 1 million assistance to the families of servicemen who died during the state of emergency.
April - The first Smart Campus was launched in Akbobek school in Aktobe. The main processes faced by schoolchildren were digitized using new technological banking solutions.
The Bank supported the project to translate books for children into Kazakh - "Where Is Our Solar System?" (Stephanie Sabol) and "7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens" (Sean Covey).
May - The Bank closed the acquisition of Alfa-Bank Kazakhstan and re-registered it under the new brand Eco Centre Bank.
As per results of 5 months of 2022, the Bank is the leader in the "7-20-25" Mortgage Programme, with a market share of more than 50%.
The first car under the preferential car loan programme was given out through Bank CenterCredit.
July - S&P Global Ratings upgraded the Bank's credit rating to B+/B from B/B.
Bank CenterCredit is within the TOP-3 in terms of retail deposits growth and is the third largest commercial bank in Kazakhstan in terms of assets. Corporate deposits doubled, ranking third among the TOP-10 STBs.
August - Bank CenterCredit shareholders made a decision on voluntary reorganization of the banks through merging Eco Center Bank into Bank CenterCredit.
September - Bank CenterCredit and Eco Center Bank received authorization from the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of Financial Market for voluntary reorganization in connection with the merger of JSC Eco Center Bank (SB of JSC Bank CenterCredit) into JSC Bank CenterCredit.

May - Launched a unique service to maximize the convenience of receiving pension on #Ulkenge Kurmet card.
In the summer of 2021, My Goal deposit was introduced to the market – offering the possibility to set all replenishment parameters directly in the BCC.KZ mobile app

February - Bank CenterCredit launched transfers via the Suńqar instant payment system. BCC customers will now be able to make money transfers by phone number linked to their bank account. Bank CenterCredit, Altyn Bank and Eurasian Bank were the first banks connected to the system.
March - Bank CenterCredit was the first Kazakhstani second-tier bank to launch an affordable lending mechanism. Affordable lending to entrepreneurs began with modernization of a line for production of a wide range of dairy products in Zhambyl region.
April - Bank CenterCredit and Kassa24 agreed on commission-free payments. BCC customers can now make loan payments through Kassa24 kiosks.
April - Bank CenterCredit and DBK-Leasing signed a Memorandum of Cooperation. The organizations agreed to work together to finance small and medium-sized enterprises. DBK-Leasing products will be included in the list of financial instruments that the Bank offers its customers to meet their financing needs as efficiently as possible.
May - Bank CenterCredit was one of the first second-tier banks to launch the OpenAPI platform. This platform allows potential partners to integrate with the Bank without lengthy preparatory procedures and to create innovative services for mutual customers of the partner company and the Bank.
June - Bank CenterCredit opened a new branch in Kokshetau at: 1 Osipenko Str., Kokshetau, on the ground floor of the RIO shopping and entertainment centre.

September - Deutsche Bank (Frankfurt, Germany) awarded Bank CenterCredit with an honourable award for 2018 performance results. The "2018 EUR Operational Excellence A ward" commemorative badge was awarded to Bank CenterCredit for processing EUR payments based on its 2018 performance.
October - Bank CenterCredit is the first Kazakhstani second-tier bank to launch the Mortgage for Military. The project was launched as part of the existing mortgage programmes of JSC Baspana Mortgage Organization - 7-20-25 and Baspana Hit, in implementation of which BCC is a leader among Kazakhstani STBs.
October - Bank CenterCredit opened a new Premium VIP Centre in Almaty - BCC Elite. The new VIP Centre is located in the downtown at 38 Al-Farabi Avenue in the building of Bank CenterCredit's Head Office.
October - Bank CenterCredit launches a unique program – Payroll Card Program, which differs significantly from similar programs and, in addition to crediting salaries, offers a wide range of benefits.
October - Bank CenterCredit and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development signed the Risk Participation Framework Agreement. The signed document was developed as part of EBRD's Global Risk-Sharing Framework, under which EBRD participates in corporate projects by providing commercial banks with guarantees covering up to 50% of exposure to borrowers.
November - Bank CenterCredit wins Refinitiv's top award in the Most Active Desk category. The badge of honour was awarded for outstanding activity in Kazakhstan's interbank market in 2018. The activity was calculated by the volume and number of foreign currency trading transactions.
November - Citibank (New York, USA) honoured Bank CenterCredit with an honorary award for 2018 performance results. The US Dollar Payments Straight-Through Processing Excellence Award was awarded to Bank CenterCredit for processing USD payments based on its 2018 performance. The Bank was also assigned a high STP-Rate* of 95% +.
November - Moody's affirmed Bank CenterCredit's ratings and improved the outlook to Positive. The international rating agency affirmed Bank CenterCredit's international scale ratings. The long-term bank deposit rating and long-term national scale CRR rating were also upgraded. The outlook was revised upwards from "stable" to "positive".
December - Bank CenterCredit received the EBRD loan of up to USD 40 million in tenge. The Loan Agreement was signed on 12 December in Almaty
The overall financing package includes a 3-year loan of up to USD 30 million in KZT equivalent for financing micro, small and medium-sized businesses (MSMEs) and a 3-year loan of up to USD 10 million in KZT equivalent for development of women entrepreneurship under EBRD's Women in Business programme.
December - Bank CenterCredit launches unsecured loans for individual entrepreneurs.
December - Bank CenterCredit is the first Kazakhstani STB to launch issuance of premium metal contactless cards. BCC’s new card of the highest premium level is called #IronCard and offers the combination of author's design, status, and exclusive privileges from Bank CenterCredit and the Visa international payment system.
March - the entire block of the Bank's ordinary shares held by JSC Tsesnabank with the stake totaling 29.56% of total ordinary shares placed by the Bank was sold to the major shareholders of JSC Bank CenterCredit - Bakhytbek Baiseitov, Vladislav Lee and a group of individuals (minority shareholders).
July - Bank CenterCredit reached an agreement on common cash withdrawal limits within Eurasian Bank's ATM network for its customers.
August - Bank CenterCredit received a USD 45 million loan from EBRD. EBRD funds are provided against the guarantee of JSC Damu Entrepreneurship Development Fund as part of EBRD's financing to SMEs in Kazakhstan and the Women in Business programme. Over 60% of loan proceeds will be used to finance SMEs in the regional centers of Kazakhstan outside of Astana and Almaty, and women-led businesses.
August - celebration of the Bank's 30th Anniversary. In honour of the anniversary, five major cities in Kazakhstan - Astana, Almaty, Ust-Kamenogorsk, Aktau and Shymkent - hosted an anniversary balloon tour of Bank CenterCredit.
November - Bank CenterCredit received an award for its leadership in implementing the 7-20-25 programme. At the VIII Congress of Financiers of Kazakhstan in Almaty, Bank CenterCredit was awarded a badge of honour for its leadership in implementation of the “7-20-25” Mortgage Programme. BCC accounts for more than 91% of loans issued under the programme.
November - Bank CenterCredit was one of the first banks in Kazakhstan to launch the Apple Pay mobile payment service.
November - International rating agency S&P Global Ratings affirmed the ratings of JSC "Bank CenterCredit" at "B/B", outlook - stable. In the agency's report, Bank CenterCredit is included in the number of systemically important Kazakh banks.
On 31 August, Bank CenterCredit CEO Vladislav Lee announced his decision to end his tenure as Chairman of BCC’s Management Board.
On 22 September, Galim Khussainov was elected Chairman of the Management Board of Bank CenterCredit. The corresponding decision was taken at the meeting of the Bank's Board of Directors.
Bank CenterCredit switched to an electronic format of interaction with private law enforcement agents.
Bank CenterCredit became Kcell's partner in conducting transactions via the K-Pay mobile payment terminal, which accepts payments from Visa and MasterCard cards.
The first BCC hackathon - BCC Innovation Challenge was held on 28-29 October
Bank CenterCredit migrated to a new banking IT platform - Colvir, with the view to improve its services and products. Migration to the new platform took place on 25 March.
Bank CenterCredit launched issuance of the Card for Fly, a plastic card for travelers. A joint project with Air Astana.
The EDB provided Bank CenterCredit with a $10 million trade finance facility.
March – executed an agreement with JSC Damu Entrepreneurship Development Fund to raise KZT 3 billion under the programme to support small and medium-sized enterprises in the manufacturing industry.
Also in March, concluded an agreement with JSC Development Bank of Kazakhstan on attracting KZT 3 billion under the programme to support large businesses in the manufacturing industry.
April - concluded an agreement with DBK on attracting KZT 2 billion for 20 years to support Kazakhstani manufacturers though onlending to buyers of domestically assembled cars.

June - signed a KZT 15.6 bn Bank Deposit Agreement with JSC Problem Loans Fund.
August - Kazakhstan Deposit Insurance Fund appointed Bank CenterCredit as an agent bank to make additional payments to Valut-Tranzit Bank depositors.
September - concluded the Loan Agreement with EBRD to attract two tranches totaling KZT 3,720 million, each for a period of 5 years to finance women in business. The Bank received the first tranche in the amount of KZT 1.86 billion in October 2015.
November - signed a Loan Agreement under which the strategic partner Kookmin Bank provides BCC with a revolving credit facility (uncommitted credit facility) in the amount of USD 100 million.
December - joined the UnionPay International Payment System, the world's largest payment system in terms of the number of payment cards in circulation.
